Fallacy	Text	Explanation
Appeal to ignorance	“A full investigation will be scheduled after we’ve analyzed the data collected at the preliminary investigation and determined that we cannot explain the events that have been described by the witnesses or that  we’ve witnessed personally.”	They are the ones who determine if there is an explanation for the events, even though they personally may not be able to explain scientifically explain it due to a lack of knowledge on their own.
Appeal to Misleading Authority Quantifier Shift	“Our sensitives for years have been working with  ghost hunters and have had much success. In addition to private readings they are well versed in the art of conducting seances. During a recent séance event,  California Haunts Psychic Caren was dubbed "fabulous" and "terrific" by all who attended the event.”	Uses some and makes it into an all statement. Has misleading by talking about only one word reviews and talking about the professional training of the psychics.
Accident	“We use Electronic readers as well as photos to help prove our claims”	Validate their evidence because of the tools and equipment used should be enough to prove their claim
