Devices, Figures, Schemes and Tropes (Ad. #22)

  1. I really love the extensive list of schemes, tropes, visuals and types! This is so beneficial for the reader because it is organized and clearly states what each aspect of the ad is accomplishing. I think the only thing that this post could “ad” to it (haha) is a little introduction or conclusion. Just a summary before or after the points made to state overall what the ad is trying to convey to make it a little easier fo the reader to digest. Without that, it’s still perfectly clear and gets its point across. Very nicely done.

  2. I agree with the comment made above. You have pinpointed the schemes and tropes well but a little bit more digging into what underlying ideologies are at play would help the reader significantly! But overall very appealing to the eye in terms of physically identifying your schemes and tropes.

  3. amazing work with the chart and being able to find that many within the ad. Also great work explaining the Functionality of the ad and how its being used to apeal to its audience but you also could have talked about how the man is looking down at the woman and just overall reading inbetween the lines but even without that you still did a great a great job.

  4. Hiya! Nice Ad composition! all those colours each for different information really helps the eyes out when reading, bonus that it keeps it interesting. Your list quite extensive at first, but the information provided really good and in order too! I will write that, with all those words, the Ad could not be fully appreciated, but over all great job!!
