  1. I believe how you broke apart the ad you did a really good job, and I agree with everything you have said. With that being said, maybe your argument can be focused on the appearance of the woman in the ad, and how much appearance matters and is valued to women of that era. You can talk more about how silky and straight her hair is or even how the shampoo is highlighted so much to show the buyer how perfect it can your make appearance be.
