Sign analysis

First thing that is noticed is the coloring of this sign. It has a very eye-catching color combined with the letters on it that are multi-colored. The intention of this sign is to draw eyes (there are actually googly eyes there) and communicate a stance in a clever way. "I've seen sturdier cabinets at ikea!" is a homonym. The sign is referring to the President's cabinet, and saying even ikea's cabinets are better! Which is a put down in itself, I mean who likes putting together their own cabinets? These are the format of signs I would expect to see at a march or something of that sort. The message is very short and sweet, and it's clever enough to make someone chuckle. In my eyes that makes this sign a good example.
