JT Halftime performance - Prince "Hologram"

Caleb Calderon

Well as globally known, the NFL superbowl was yesterday and what better way to start the day rather than bringing up the crowd pleasing halftime performance from Justin Timberlake?(I'm an Eagles fan though) Not what many had on their minds once Prince had his appearance brought up in hologram function! Well more of a projected motion picture but who really cares, it's the Purple Rain master! This is a take found from Celebitchy.com that gives a

Wishful Thinking:

"would we have felt differently about projected on screen if any other artist was performing"
This brings upon wishful thinking as it brings the essence to this individual that they would want to believe that the homage given to Prince from JT himself maybe would have been bolder if given from someone who may have seemed closer to Prince at least from a media/public standpoint.

Bandwagon:

"Justin was trying to honor Prince"
This is showing bandwagon to JT from the writer's perspective specifcally. He forces upon the readers that Justin is doing only what would benefit his overall performance and even credibility(even though he does have enough by now). The writer is shifting the focus of Justin as a man who is seemingly going into the crowd of to do "something noble" in the realm of world wide entertainment to a long known icon. This is forced upon with the italicized trying.

Accent:

"His outfit SUUUCKED"
Here the writer is simply emphasizing sucked to express just vaguely what their perspective of vividness was caught overall from Justin's revealance as a overall whole to the performance which ties into the theme we are supposed to bring in from the writer that his compliance with the Prince presentation was not appealing at least to themselves.
