I really like your interpretation of your draft. It looks very professional, and I think the attention getter works well with the topic. It gets to the point, and I like the sections that separate the body paragraphs.
This outline is very good, but there is a lot of content to cover. I like the way you make it simple though from "obvious" to "not obvious", which is good for the audience. I think one thing to remember is that just be engaged in how the audience feels because maybe some the content on your outline may not need to be said.
