From what you have here, I'd say you've got a pretty good argument on your hands. Your outline is a decent length, although it may be a little long depending on your ability to move through the material. It is neat and easy to navigate through the outline itself though, so I think it should be manageable.
You have a good first outline started. Remember in TZGTPS that you don’t want to have everything written out because you run the risk of reading your outline out. Try and see what you can edit out and still remember by just having key phrases that will remind you of what you need to say. You have a decent amount of points used to defend your argument. Don’t forget to add your citations.
