The targeted audience would be both kids and adults. The ad implies kids are very joyous and aware when eating Frosted Flakes. Braydee points out the handwriting which further proves how it is targeting kids with approximated handwriting. It also leans towards a life lesson I am sure we have all heard, 'a little can go a long way'. It shows when the ad says "little pitchers have big ears..."
You did a great job of analyzing the advertisement. I think the target audience is supposed to be for kids. When I first saw this ad, I was immediately drawn to the kid's ears, and after reading your comparison to the attentiveness of a child, I think that is a good correlation and potential argument (thesis) that you could use. Good job.
Amazing rhetorical analysis! However, I can't help but think it might be targeted more towards parents rather than kids. Initially what made me think this was your comparison metaphor analysis alluding the the fact that the child's big ears correlates to his attentiveness, which I definitely feel is a comparison that parents would pick up on and have more value to them. That is definitely the strongest analysis I have seen throughout the blog posts which is going to make for a really great conversation topic!
