Toolbox(Urban knitting)
I'm going to use the comedy frame toolbox. Aside for the movement sometimes being funny like this picture, the movement creates comedy by being nonviolent. Wrapping yarn around monuments and statues isn't harmful and can be removed easily as opposed to spray paint. So since the yarn can be cut off quickly, people raising a huge fuss against it might look like they are overreacting.
